Published by Remnant Publications in 2005, the book "Secrets Beyond The Grave" by the author Dwight Hall is a Christian book, in English, with 127 pages, that took me exactly 7 days to read (from the 5th to the 12th of December, 2013).
What can I say about the book and the author? — or better — what can I say about myself after reading it? In my opinion, Mr. Hall is a genious, a profound religious man with an amazing power of communication, expressing himself and his ideas in a way everyone can understand, in a subject that is in fact a crossing line with one´s belief: life and death, angels and demons, good and evil... Throughout the book I´ve sensed many different feelings: sadness, joy, disappointment, emptness, doubt, belief... so many feelings and so many lessons to be learned.
Mr. Hall tells us about the Bible in a way we never thought and it´s so true one os his remarks that made me stop for a few minutes to think about: almost every one (or at least every Christian) has an edition of the Bible at home, but how many of us ever read the bible? I have it... and I´ve never read it. Odd, isn´t it ?
Questions everyone has such us "Is there life after death?", "Are our loved ones who died looking over us?", "What happens when we die?", "Is our way of life a road to heaven or hell straight after we die?", "Is the paranormal something normal?", "Can we speak with our loved ones or receive message from them after they die?"... Everyone has these kind of questions and Mr. Hall says the answer is clear in the Bible... and he give us his definitions and answers for each of these questions.
My review shall not intended to influence any of my readers, but just to express that this book gave me a mix of answers and questions and I may say... as I will read the Bible. Why would I have a book and never read it? it make no sense to me... so, Christians or not, "Secrets Beyond The Grave" is a good book to be read and if it don´t bring you many answers, you can be sure it will give you many questions to think about.
